Successful in a limited design competition for a large scheme of 360 units at Peacehaven. This was constructed using a prefabricated timber frame system.

A Sheltered Housing scheme was completed high on the downs in Kemptown, using a traditional masonry form of construction.

53 units in clusters linked by a covered walkway contouring along the hillside. This provided convenient access for the elderly despite the sloping site.
